We can help you to refine your resume, and fine-tune your application for a specific employment opportunity. We will present you as a candidate only for positions where you have the right skills and qualifications to meet the employer's needs. (We do not simply send your CV to everyone who has a vacancy; you'll never be asked to waste your time attending an interview where there's no hope of getting the job!) We apply the same meticulous attention to matching people with jobs, regardless of whether the role to be filled is permanent or contract, full-time or part time.

If you are engaged for a permanent position, we stand behind your selection. We keep in touch with both you and your new employer, to monitor your progress and satisfaction. Our aim is to ensure that you continue to meet the employer's expectations, and the employer continues to meet yours. If anything starts to go wrong, we can work with you and the employer to negotiate a solution.
If you are engaged for a contract position, you are effectively a member of the BRANDLE team. Your contract is with BRANDLE, and we regularly monitor your progress and satisfaction. Our aim is to ensure that you continue to meet the employer's expectations, and the employer continues to meet yours. Contractors are paid within one week of submitting their fortnightly timesheet.
