
We offer recruitment services for Permanent Staff and Contract Staff.
If you wish, we can help you to develop both a "position spec" and a "person spec". We then present candidates who have the right skills and qualifications to meet your needs. (We do not simply send you the CV of everyone on our files!) We apply the same meticulous attention to matching people with jobs, regardless of whether the role to be filled is permanent or contract, full-time or part time.
To register a vacancy, call us. If you have a prepared position spec, mail or fax it to the address at the foot of this page, or e-mail it to vacancy@brandle.com.au. Preferred formats for e-mail attachments are Microsoft Word or PDF.
If you fill a permanent position with a BRANDLE candidate, we stand behind your selection. We keep in touch with both you and the new employee, to ensure that all goes well. Our fee (based on the annual salary) is payable in three monthly instalments, after each of the first three months of employment. If the employment is legitimately terminated before the end of three months, you do not pay the full fee; within the first month, you pay nothing.
If you fill a contract position with a BRANDLE candidate, you are effectively engaging BRANDLE to do the job. Your contract is with BRANDLE, and we accept responsibility for ensuring that the job gets done the way you want it. We regularly monitor your satisfaction, to ensure that our candidate continues to meet your expectations. Contract staff normally complete timesheets to be charged at an hourly rate, but daily rates or fixed fees can be negotiated.
